Very fuss free. Instructions were very clear. My installation was done very neatly and my dispenser in perfectly position! Thanks Halo Water! We wish the cold water was more cold however, but it works great for warm/hot water! If there is an upgrade in the future for a unit that can dispense even colder water.

The cheapest and smallest water dispenser on the market at the moment. Very prompt replies. I ordered it on Sunday and was able to have it installed by Tuesday. The installation guy, EJ, did a great job. The only fault I would say is that the cold water isn’t as cold as I’d like it to be.
